Fitmix classes are what the name suggests a mixture of fitness exercises using circuit training.

The days are slowly but surely getting warmer and plenty of time spent at the beach and the pool is on the horizon. Learning safety, strokes and survival strategies, in and around the water, is an essential skill for children of all ages, especially during our Tassie summer.
Along with our 10-Day Summer Intensive Program, our Learn to Swim classes for 2024 are also open for enrolments. These begin February 1st and run for 10 weeks.

Program 1 - January 3rd - 12th inclusive, with Alex running the first 5 days and Lara running the second 5 days.
Program 2 - January 13th - 22nd inclusive, with Rose.
Our 10-day Intensive Program is suitable for infants right through to advanced swimmers.
And the best part is, Wynyard-Waratah residents receive a subsidy from the @waratahwynyardcouncil! You pay $80 per child and the remaining $80 is subsidised by the council.

Some may know that I am not just a gym owner, I am a coach as well.
This weekend, I made the trip to Victoria for one of the biggest cycling races in Aus. To support my sister, whom I also do online training with. She lives in WA and wanted to try to qualify for the world's next year, although today we did not get the results we have hoped for.
We left nothing out there. We gave it out best shot, and that's all I can ask for.
I walk away today proud, not just as a coach but as a brother. We don't often get to support the people we coach on the day. It's more the lead up to the event. To be able to support my sister and see her strength and determination was inspiring, for someone who is so new to the sport, you have done such an amazing job.
I cannot wait to watch kick all your goals.
